To start off let me tell you about another place in town... I had my iphone repaired at ubreakdontfix on S. Duff 1 year ago. The whole having to setup an appointment was annoying but they got the broken screen replaced. There was always something off about the screen. Then today it fell off! The screen they used was a substandard part and the ubreakdontfix did a terrible job! I tried calling their store and it went to voice mail that was not setup. I stopped by the store and there were several delivery stickers and a sign that said ubreakdontfix was permanently closed, go to Ankeny. I remembered seeing a cell phone repair store across the street by BestBuy. CPR (Cell Phone Repair.) I stopped in and Rob confirmed that uBreakdontfix was closed for about 6 months, and I needed to take my phone to Ankeny for a warranty repair. I asked him if he would look at it and he said the screen they used was poor quality. He repaired the phone right in front of me in about 5 minutes. Rob is a wonderful employee and I will be taking my families cell phones to CPR and recommending CPR to my friends from now on. No stupid website to setup an appointment a week from now. Stop in to CPR and get a real person doing a real good job! Thanks Rob! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
