Aventura and Naples, FL; Zionsville, IN; South Portland, ME; Rochester, MI; Springfield, MO; Neptune, NJ; Akron-Fairlawn, Independence and Mayfield, OH; Clemson and Summerville, SC; Tomball, TX; Stafford, VA; and Bellingham, WA.
