Originally from Tomsk, Russia, Dittmer worked for one of the first cell phone providers in Eastern Russia. After moving to the United States, she spent many years in network engineering for a major business communications provider. Her combination of technical and business skills will provide expert repair services to the residents of King of Prussia.
