The ISO 9001:2008 certification formally acknowledges CPR’s establishment of an effective Quality Management System which adheres to ISO’s strict requirements, provides technical and operational training, and is dedicated to achieving customer satisfaction.

Josh Sevick, CPR President said, “We are extremely proud of CPR’s recent ISO 9001:2008 certification. Earning this certification is a clear demonstration of CPR’s commitment to excellence and to ensuring our customers with the best possible service by the most well-trained workforce in the industry.”

ISO 9001:2008 focuses on all aspects of the quality management system and provides the structure and tools to ensure that products and services consistently meet customer’s expectations and continually improve. This certification requires an accredited third party auditing organization to thoroughly review and approve the company’s internal quality management system process.

“CPR believes in the long term value this brings to the business. In my many years of quality management, this is one of the most successful implementations I’ve lead….because of the full dedication of the organization,” stated Richard Shelly, Senior Consultant of Laura Green & Associates, a Regulatory and Quality Management consulting firm.

In addition to ensuring a great customer experience at CPR’s nearly 200 stores, this certification should continue to set CPR apart from the competition. CPR’s management team also believes that the ISO certification will provide larger business to business accounts with confidence in the quality of training and processes taught to CPR’s franchisees.
